Knight's Log 20230113

Hey guys, so my plan was to load up all of my stuff in my car and start driving to Cali; but my aunt pointed out that driving there might take longer that we expect with the mountains and the snow. So we're talking about pushing the moving day up to Sunday.      

In the meantime, I have been trying to start packing but having a little trouble due to the limited space I have in my car. I'm hard pressed to both prioritze what I want to bring and pack up boxes in a space efficient way. It doesn't help that I love arts and crafts and like any good crafter I have quite a few half finished projects just waiting for my to finally turn my attention back to them. So while I can have stuff shipped to me and get more stuff there it doesnt make picking favorites any easier, especially when I'm not sure how much I even have room for.             

Other than that, preparing to move is going pretty well. I have been doing my best to see friends before I go so that I can say goodbye in person which has simulataneously been fun and sad. My last day working at the library will be on Friday which makes me really sad as I have absolutely loved working there and all the joy that has come from that. The people who work and go there are all amazing and have made such an  impact on my life just through how much they obviously love it there.
